On Saturday August 5th members of the Cincinnati Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution (CCSAR) participated in a American Revolutionary War Patriot grave marking.

This event was in Granville Ohio at the Old Colony Burying Ground.

Ed Bonniwell and Bruce Bennett represented the CCSAR. Ed Bonniwell served as Chaplain for this event which was hosted by the Hocking Valley Chapter of the SAR.

There was a ceremony honoring the Patriots honored that afternoon.

The participating Ohio Chapters of SAR presented wreaths to commemorate the lives of these patriots.

The members of the Color Guard performed a ceremonial musket salute.
