Below is a photo of Compatriot and Mrs. Howard Miller taken in October 1990 at the SAR Central District meeting. Compatriot Miller donated his flag collection to the Cincinnati Chapter. The Howard Miller Flag Collection has been displayed at hundreds of events since the Miller’s donated it. It was viewed by thousands of people at the Gold Star Mother’s event at the Voice of America Park in May 2014.
This is a photo of Compatriot Nolan Carson taken in 1991 at the CCSAR Washington’s Day Dinner. The CCSAR Nolan Carson Color Guard is named in his honor.
