Kudos for those new US Citizens who went through the legal process to become a US Citizen.

The process is long and involved yet the reward is to become a citizen of the country where freedom rings, dreams can be achieved and be part of the unique experiment known as the United States of America.

On Friday August 9th in downtown Cincinnati there was a Naturalization Ceremony where 60 new citizens were sworn the oath of allegiance to the USA.

Cincinnati Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution Compatriots Jerry Knight and Jack Bredenfoerder welcomed these new citizens.

The sixty new citizens came from thirty-one countries of origin.

The ceremony was held at the Potter Stewart Federal Courthouse in downtown Cincinnati.
