Each year, the National SAR has a Congress where delegates (representatives) from SAR Chapters world wide congregate and hear the important issues facing our organization, plan for future initiatives and meet great friends.

This was the 134th National Congress which was held in Lancaster Pennsylvania.

The Cincinnati SAR Chapter had six members who served as delegates at the National Congress in Lancaster, PA on July 11-15th.
These CCSAR members were:

- Douglas Carver
- Philip Carver
- Scott Freeman
- Don McGraw
- Lee Wilkerson
The Cincinnati Chapter is honored to have received several chapter and individual awards at the National Congress. These will be presented or acknowledged at the next chapter BOM meeting on September 4th.
If you would like to bring a spouse to the National Congress, the event is very wife friendly. The wives register (pay the same registration fee) and get a name tag the same as the male members. They generally attend all the same events except for the General Business Sessions. There is a separate women’s program and plenty to do to keep them entertained.
Planning Ahead for 2025? The next Congress will be in Uncasville CT at the Mohegan Sun Resort from Saturday July 12th through Friday July 18th 2025.

Look forward to meeting at the Montgomery Inn in downtown Montgomery Ohio on Wednesday September 4th. Doors open for menu dinner and discussion at 5:30PM. Formal meeting will start at 7:00PM.
