On Wednesday August 3rd, Jerry Knight of the Cincinnati Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution participated in the most recent Cincinnati area Naturalization Ceremony.

There were over 60 new US Citizens from 27 countries represented.

The Sons of the American Revolution is a historical, educational and patriotic lineage society that seeks to maintain and extend:
- The institutions of American freedom,
- An appreciation for true patriotism,
- A respect for our national symbols and,
- The value of American citizenship.
The Naturalization process involves the granting of U.S. citizenship to a lawful permanent resident after meeting the requirements established by Congress in the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA).
