Cincinnati Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution regularly attends Cincinnati metro area Naturalization Ceremonies to welcome new US Citizens.

Compatriots Jerry Knight and Jack Bredenfoerder attend wearing 1776 era Military and Militia uniforms worn during America’s fight for independence.   This provides new US citizens and visual reminder of what took place to create the special country with a unique form of government that they choose to become part of.

Jerry and Jack were on hand to welcome 58 new citizens from 28 countries at a naturalization ceremony held on Thursday, August 7th at the Potter Stewart Federal Courthouse in downtown Cincinnati.
