Cincinnati SAR Compatriot Jack Bredenfoerder welcomed 67 new citizens at a naturalization ceremony held on Friday, December 6th at St. John the Baptist School in Colrain Township. The Honorable Michael Barrett officiated. Preceding the naturalization Judge Barrett asked Compatriot Bredenfoerder to share a bit of the diverse history of the American Revolution with the assembly. Ladies of the DAR also brought greetings. The St John the Baptist students sang the Star Spangled Banner, My Country Tis of Thee and America! It was truly a very patriotic morning.
