Scott Freeman, Cincinnati Chapter of the SAR President, attended a Boy Scout Troop meeting on August 4th in Ironton, OH.
During that meeting, Scott presented Dr. David Lucas the Silver Good Citizenship medal to Dr. Lucas.
The original plan was for Dr. Lucas to receive the medal at the OHSSAR Annual Meeting Awards Presentation in May of 2025, however this was not possible due to an unplanned emergency.
Dr. Lucas shared a Facebook post below thanking the SAR for the Award and providing information about the award.
