Uniforms or Colonial Attire are encouraged.

However, since the presentation with take about half the time of the reception, SAR will not attempt to setup and display any other artifacts.

Help Needed – volunteers are needed to take down and pack up the flag display on Tuesday, August 19th.  With several people, it shouldn’t take more than an hour (the more the faster).  If you can help, please contact Scott Freeman, DSFreeman@fuse.net,  with regards to your availability.

Once packed and loaded, one or two volunteers are needed to help deliver and store the collection in the CCSAR storage unit in the Tri county/Springdale area.

Please plan on participating in the event and your volunteer efforts will be appreciated!

Reach out to Scott Freeman direct to indicate your availability to help out with taking down and moving the flag collection to our CCSAR Storage Unit.
