Fold3 – Massachusetts Revolutionary War Records – Now Available!

For those who served in the Revolutionary War, Fold3 can be a great resource.

Recently, the Commonwealth of Massachusetts compiled an alphabetized index of service records for Rev War soldiers and sailors.

The result of their efforts is a 17 volume series.  This collection can be accessed via Fold3 – see the link below:

This collection contains an alphabetized index created by the Secretary of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts from primary historical sources. More than 620,000 cards containing service information for Revolutionary War soldiers and sailors were compiled into a 17-volume series, originally published in the 1800s.
