President Bredenfoerder presented Eagle Scout James Thomas Winstel with an Eagle Scout Recognition Certificate and an OHSSAR Challenge Coin at his Eagle Court of Honor held at the Madeira Municipal Building on Sunday, April 9th. James’ Eagle project reforested many Madeira trees that were lost to the emerald ash bore. James serves in Troop 555 and is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Thomas Winstel.
