Led by acting State Color Guard Commander, Steve Frash of the Marietta Chapter, members of the Cincinnati Chapter as well as the Camp Charlotte Chapter were the honored color guard and highlight of the Circleville, Ohio Pumpkin Festival. The four-day event was capped-off by the Queen’s Parade in which more than 50 festival queens and courts from around the state are showcased in one grand parade.
