A repeat performance of the CCSAR Youth Education team with the Northern Kentucky Young Marines.
Last years event was a success and we were invited back. We are honored to participate and influence these young adults.
Plan A – Lynne Arnold of the Northern Kentucky Young Marines is requesting an event to be held with them again this year on Saturday, November 15, 2025.
Plan B – they have also posed the date of Saturday, December 13th as an alternative. Saturdays are when they practice their drilling exercises. Although the November 15th date is close upon us it may be more advantageous than the December 13th date which may be colder and could conflict with other Chapter events in December.
Ms. Arnold is requesting a small Color Guard contingent of approximately 5 – 6 members to perform a live weapons demonstration along with a total of two Presenters who could speak to the Young Marines for 30 minutes each.
Date, place and times are:
- Saturday, November 15, 2025
- VFW Post 6095, 343 East 47th Street, Covington, KY 41015 (trust your GPS)
- 12:00 Noon – to end no later than 3:00pm
- They do have AV/Multimedia equipment for laptops, etc…
