Recently, the Cincinnati Chapter of the Sons of the American Revolution participated in the Miami University Navy and Airforce ROTC Awards event.

Cincinnati Chapter member Zac Haines was there to present awards to two very deserving ROTC Cadets.

“One of my favorite mornings each year is recognizing the Navy Midshipmen and Air Force Cadets in the ROTC program at Miami University. These outstanding young men and women have chosen a path of service, leadership, and sacrifice, answering the call to defend our nation. I am grateful for their commitment and proud to honor the next generation of those who will wear the uniform”

Airforce ROTC Cadet William G. Huxell received the Silver ROTC Certificate and Medal.

Navy ROTC Midshipman C Matthew Cole received the Silver ROTC Certificate and Medal.

These certificates acknowledge the fine work of these two ROTC members.

We are blessed to have such impressive young adults to participate in ROTC programs.
