How did the founding Fathers finance the Revolutionary War effort both during and after the conclusion of the war?
The colonies went from using the British Pound as a form of currency to Continental currency.
How did this work? Was the new currency worth anything? Was Continental currency more valuable than bartering goods or services for the same?
