Over the weekend of May 4th, the Ohio Society of the Sons of the American Revolution annual meeting was held.
It was the 135th Annual OHSSAR Awards dinner, held in Granville Ohio at the Granville Inn.

This event started on Thursday evening May 2 and concluded on Sunday May 5th.
This is an event where new Ohio Society officers were sworn in for the upcoming year. Also, a chance for SAR members to connect with other SAR members, share ideas, discuss upcoming initiatives and simply enjoy the company of like minded and SAR supportive friends.

Don Kaplan of the Richard Montgomery Chapter (Dayton area) was sworn in as the new President of OHSSAR. We congratulate him!
The Cincinnati Chapter is well represented in the OHSSAR officer ranks. Don McGraw is the OHSSAR Secretary, Mike Blue is the OHSSAR Treasurer and recently recruited George Stewart as the OHSSAR Historian.
