On Friday April 24th, CCSAR Compatriot Stephen McClanahan helped welcome 50 new citizens from 28 countries at a naturalization ceremony  at St. Veronica Catholic School.

The Honorable Judge Stephanie Bowman officiated the ceremony.

Family and friends of the new US citizens were in attendance for this special event.

Also very special was the attendance of the entire student body of the school.  A very special educational event for these students.  Growing up in America is a blessing,  These new citizens had to earn their citizenship with perseverance and dedication.

A good lesson for our youth!
